Hong Kong is extremely fortunate in having obtained promine of a visit of Professor 61z Petriak Abercrombie to give advice on planned development of this 04ty and Golony- (Hare follow details of Sir Patrick'a previous career and achievementa). Bir Patrick is expected to arrive in Hong Kong in October and will be here for seroral wealta. In this short time he cannot be expected se produce a final plan for the cities of Hong Kong and Kowloon and for the port, but he will outline a general plan and indicate what preliminary work is necessary and the tean that is required to undertake 13. The work already done by the Hong Kong Development and Welfare Committee will also be placed before him for his consideration,
